The Founders
EJ Yachts evolved organically from real demand. Yacht owners began approaching Elizabeth Andrews to manage their vessels, drawn by her experience running charter yachts and overseeing programs from the bridge. That work naturally expanded into charter management and, over time, into representing charter clients seeking the same level of expertise and care.
Elizabeth is a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed 1600 Ton Master Captain who spent years commanding both charter and private yachts. Her background provides a firsthand understanding of yacht operations, crew dynamics, and what it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience in practice, not just theory. That experience also informs her approach to itinerary design, shaped by years of cruising worldwide and creating charters for a wide range of owners and guests.
Elizabeth partnered with co-founder Aaron Spiropoulos, whose background spans two decades in sales leadership, operations, and business management. Aaron brings the structure and strategic oversight that support EJ Yachts’ continued growth while preserving its hands-on, experience-led approach.
Today, EJ Yachts operates as a charter brokerage and charter management firm grounded in real-world experience — built from the water up, not from a desk.
